Alright, i'm not sure if i can post decks i have in real life here but i'm gonna give it a shot anyway. Just a reminder this deck is not on kcvds, i have it in real life and it needs some work. So i though this would be the best place to ask for fixes. So rate, fix, and do what you need to do.

since i don't know wat cards are available to u O.O ...

It doesn't matter really, just tell me what you can do to fix it. Don't worry if I don't have the cards or not, I can work around it.

In all honesty, almost every card I see here does not appear to help keep the deck fluid in any way.

Here are some cards that will work great in Monarchs:

Battle Fader (3 of these would be awesome)
Raiza The Storm Monarch(Put these in instead of The Rock Monarch)
Marshmallon(can help with some stall)
Macro Cosmos(definitely the best cards for a Monarch Removal, the top tier for them)
Dimensional Fissure(Same as Macro Cosmos)
D.D. Survivor
D.D. Scout Plane
D.D. Warrior Lady

I would suggest adding battle faders, taking out the rock monarchs for Raiza's, and take out 1 Thestalos for an extra Caius. As for the rest of your monsters you have, I would take out other cards for another Treeborn frog and the battle faders. Most importantly, you don't have any of the staples for spells or traps. Don't forget Torrential Tribute, Mirror Force, Solemn, 2 Bottomless Trap Holes, and maybe throw in a Lightning Vortex or a Smashing ground or 2.

Real Life huh?

At first I would start with the cheaper cards. So don't get Battle Faders x).

All Non Monarchs can be taken out except Treeborn Frog and Level Eater. Try to get 2 Aprrentice Magicians, Old Vindictive Magician and maybe Crystal Seer. You can use them with the Macro Engine if you want(if you do then take Frog and eater out too). YoKoKurama Listed some nice cards for a nice Macro Deck. (Just buy some Structure Decks). 2 Cyber Dragons wouldnt be bad aswell.

hmm yea like kay kay sayd all non monarch out and then i would play 3 caius 3 raiza maybe 1 möbius hmm i dont know about macro thats kinda too much death draw for me i would play it normal anti monarch with with cards like dd lady kycoo maybe banisher of radiance thats cool alltimes and yea u need 2 cyber dragons and which card is perfect for monarch too is gravekeeper's spy she is great

2 Spys in your Hand are rly bad if you dont have another Gk in your deck x).
