as a start, is this TCG only, or OCG and TCG? that makes a big difference in the design

MST is just necessary at 3 going into the next format. Rogue decks will be everywhere. You also want to hit those Tenkis,Towers,Abyss-Spheres,D.D.R.'s,etc. 

Not sure why Turtle should be run at 3 either. Once it's in grave, they know it's there, so you won't actually activate it that often. Also, it doesn't help against Mirror Force,BTH,Torrential,etc.

I will chuck in Emptiness once the meta becomes more defined. Right now you don't know what you're gonna face.You could face decks like the mirror or Fire Fist, where Emptiness becomes a liability.

I'll try out those DPrisons though.

well, the whole thing about the three turtles is to maximize the chances of starting the bujin setup. 2 quilin can also help, but you really want to be sure to keep Yamato on the field. When Hare comes out, then turtle should be used at 2

As for 3 mst, I was never fond of it, but can understand its use, especially since prophecy is this deck's worst matchup

As for d prison, its either that or mirror force, depends on what you're up against, but its good to have. Also, phoenix wing wind blast is also worth some thought

Yeah I've seen some people teching PWWB. I don't know if it's live enough with 5 graveyard guys, but it's nice to have against problematic stuff like Dracossack. Gotta test it.
It will be included for sure when Hare and friends get released.
