Im new here and I cant figure out where I make my deck. Can anyone help?

Welcome to ADA, and i hope you'll enjoy your stay here. As for your question, a good site is The Dueling Network. There you can build yourself a deck and use it.

its www.duelingnetwork.com its an online site where u can make decks and duel people but u have to understand the rules of yugioh cuz its manual control so u have to do everything yourself. but generally its a very very good site
