Dueling City Tournament Rules

I would like to know how many of you are interested to join in this tournament.

The event is put on hold, till AmyCool re-opens DuelingCity, I don't know what really happen there, probably some argument with the current 'admin' team. I'll keep you on notice when it's up and running again.

I will try and find out what really happen, since Amy (the owner) removed all the current staff from their duties... I guess it was something serious. Give it a day or two and it will be back. Like I said, I'll keep you posted.

a hah i think it meant 1/9/2012 since thats when the last banlist came out i think...
in anycase i doubt they would use a banlist from a year ago...
