i need help! what would you change?

I really don't know much of what to say, though I would try to us less monsters, like victory dragon or vice dragon (Whatever it's called) seems okay, but not necessary. It seems a bit slow, and not much defense, so maybe running royal decrees with one solemn,a nd finding room for quicker stuff. Just my opinion. Also, to better get plague to the grave, you can run the tricky, or another card to get it to your grave.
Hmm. It would also help to either base it more on either the synchro or the monarchs, though infusing it with one another does work. Just the highlight of the deck should be based on something.

maybe try blackwing-zephyros the elite to reuse the monarch effects and for tribute fodder or xyz/synchro. cyber dragon beats vice dragon anyday so -2 vice +2 cyber d

hmmmmm in a monarch deck treeborn frog is a staple ALWAYS so -1 solemn judgment and -1 dimensional prison +2 treeborn frog um -1 upstart goblin +1 reasoning and +1 bls and +1 chaos sorc...... and decree is bad if ur running treeborn but trap stun is good so side 2trap stuns. +2 veiler should be good too but if its over 40 cards then side the 2 veilers
breaker is a meh card i understand u have it there for spell/trap removal and spellcaster for arcanit magician but..... it doesnt really do much for the deck.... so i'd take that out and put foolish burial in instead also pot of avarice and 1 tour guide.
in your extra deck....... how are u supposed to summon armory arm o.O put chimeratech fortress in side cuz if your opp isnt using machines then its dead in the extra deck
also in extra +1 photon strike bounzer
hmmmm -1 colossal fighter +1 scrap dragon and -1 iron chain dragon and +1 flamvell uruquizas
these are my suggestions and these are what i think are best for the deck but if any1 wants to prove me wrong im listening

Thanks, I knew it was one or the other, but yeah, if you are going to run it with treeborn, use a card to get it out of your hand, like one for one, or even the tricky like i mentioned earlier.
Also, a good card to run for that would be treacherous trap hole.

treacherous would be good except he runs quite a few traps..... if u wanna play the chaos monarchs style then u dont want so many traps heck if u wanna play any monarch style u dont want that many traps XD

Yeah, but with treeborn, he would be getting rid of all the traps. except that one.
And adding more spells that would be more useful. Adding more control to the deck. And you know me with control.

Ur deck seems decent but could be improved,
If u don't like version of frog although I recommend it for monarchs , u could max reaper, reaper is better than marsh cause marsh canbe destroyed with catastor, doom, dolka etc,
Best monsters for synchro are psychic due to teleport so u need 3 for them instead of soul exchange and upstart, teleport is also good sacks
So I think 2 krebon and 2 commander is good, remove unnecessary monsters like breaker, etc,
U might Add fader for sacks with monarchs and as a life saver,

i had mind control and brain control to get you mon so i can sync but most of my syncs like goyo and brain control is banned. i had 2 allures but it is limited to 1

also i use vice dragon cuz when i am getting owned i can special him then summon a tuner and sync

@nomad, it seems u Quit yugioh for some time lol, I mean go yo and brain control are history lol
Anyway, cyber dragon is better than vice dragon due its sheer atm and can be used to summon chimera tech

i think you should -1 thestalos the firestorm monarch and -1 bottomless trap hole and -2 gravekeeper's spy..... i think you should add 2 photon thrasher since it can be special summoned for tribute fodder and it has a 2100 atk never tried it but i think it can work also its a light for bls and chaos sorc but thats optional cuz spy is ok. +1 caius
hmmm how to slim this down....... i think -1 soul exchange and -1 book of moon.... -1 solemn warning and of course +1 dark hole i think thats it..... hmmm side deck u need at least 1 chimeratech fortress for machines so -2 prime material dragon +1 chimeratech fortress and +2 effect veiler -1 dust tornado and -1 lightning vortex u can also take out the legendary jujitsu masters cuz its useless.... and u can put in 2 light and darkness dragons

Just being blunt, but since your running treeborn, andamazing card would be Creature sway.
-2 BTH
-1 D-Prison
-1 Mirror Force
-1 Solemn
-1 Cyber Dragon
-1 reasoning
-1 Fire Monarch
+3 Creature swap
+1 Treacherous Trap Hole

Running traps is really not necessary, especially if treeborn is at two.
3 cyber dragon can be pointless for dead draws, so replacing it with somehting more useful would be better. 2 is enough.
I added one trap, Treacherous trap hole, since it can stop so much, and pass starlight, if you decide to chose one of your monsters, like Sangan.
Reasoning is okay, but too mucch chance of getting it, plus, you can waste everything else that you needed.
Creature swap is an amazing card, like per say you have your treeborn in attack, you take their only monster, like a bls. You keep it and get treeborn back to your grave deeling an instant 2900 atk, whilst keeping hand advantage.
So yeah, hope it helps.

if you're going to use synchro monarch, your best bet would be to add in the psychic support/booster system/engine/etc next to the frog engine/etc. The psychic engine would allow synchro summons as well as tribute fodder for monarchs in desperate situations. Monarch decks run 3 caius, 3 raiza, and 1-2 Light and darkness dragon, as well as 3 battle faders and a gorz as standard. 2 treeborn frogs, 3 swap frogs and 2 ronintoadin are also recommended, but this can be exchanged for genex undine and genex controller, which would also facilitate synchro summoning if you want that

my thoughts are
-1 gale for me at least i just doesn't work out in the deck even though it's a tuner
-1-2 cyber dragon i only run one or two in my decks 3 is a little much imo unless it's a cyber deck and you need a chimertech in your extra deck
-tour guide i feel like it doesn't have a place in this deck especially since it will be a dead draw if you draw the one target it has in the deck

i would add more emergency teleports maybe take reasoning and add other ways to get treeborn to grave like swap frog.
