not an expert on Chaos Dragon yet, but the 2/2/2 ratio seems to work fine for people so go ahead and keep it. for techs:
-1 birdman (...why?)
-1 dragon's mirror (not as good as you would think, and it's CHAOS Dragons so you banish from grave a lot)
-1 bulb (not needed at all)
+1 darkness metal (best card in the deck besides bls...)
+1 gorz (cuz he's gorz)
+1 typhoon
-2 bribe (not that great of a card)
-1 divine wrath (a straight up bad card)
+2 warning
+1 dustshoot
-2 prison
+1 compulse
+1 book

and take out either the 2 compulse or veilers for 2 duality
