Help me this, plz

Can u discard 2 yellows for 3 Machina Fortress in grave to be summoned at a time?

I know this sound like a noob. Cause there are "this card" in card text, and a card cannot be so imbalance.

But still have to ask for sure.

U can only get 1 target..therefor u can only summon 1 of them
