well, with season one finished, its only fair that I start season 2 off

1st things 1st, a brief explanation of events going on

chapter 1: Prologue

A soul hacker is an entity of hate, said to have first been created by the souls of those used to create the 1st portal between the duel monsters realm and the human realm. Their souls were trapped in a void between the realms, which created the 1st opening, as well as the only known one. The whereabouts of this void is unknown, but its so far referred to as the shadow realm, and throughout history, soul hackers have been escaping repeatedly. With total hate for the human race, who trapped their souls there, they are capable of engulfing humans with hate, warping their judgment and possessing their souls to become like them, and using that possessed body to help corrupt others, among other abilities. They are a threat to humans, but their existence is kept a secret due to the unneeded attention it can draw. It is unknown however, the origins of soul duelists or how they are made, but what is known is that they are the opposite of soul hackers, as well as their greatest threat. With almost all the capabilities of a soul hacker, these are said to be incapable of being hacked by them, while being just as strong as they are, whereas soul hackers can fill souls with hate, soul duelists have the ability to expunge all the hate from a person, although how they do this is unknown, and being humans, this can always return given the right stimuli.
Nonetheless soul duelists are rare, so other means of defense were formed. Soul discs were created by the 5th recorded soul duelist, Enrion, and can give humans the ability to summon duel monsters outside of battle. The summoned monsters are only illusions of the real ones, and can only harm other duel monsters. The disc is also capable of creating a soul duel, an ability soul hackers have which is the means by which they infect other duelists, where by defeating them, the loser becomes a soul hacker. The difference with the soul disc, is that if the soul hacker is defeated, the entity is forced back to the shadow realm, returning control of the body back to the owner, that is, he becomes a normal human again. Duel Machines were another form of defense. Capable of the same actions humans can do, dueling wise. these are also considered incapable of being infected, as they have no soul within them. Easily repaired and not too expensive to generate, these can be used both for dealing with soul hackers, and for general purpose use dueling wise, and quite a few can be found in academies. They can also use soul discs as well. Some also come with special abilities that make them useful for tasks other than dueling, like the self learning and reliance program installed in Machina Gearframe 000, in which it can write its own functions based on what it sees taking place around him. This duel machine, however, was destroyed in 2235, at the 2nd New Domino Incident, and since then, Kaiza Cortus has taken the remains to build a new Duel Machine. This one has 3 special abilities. Its a humanoid Duel Machine, built such that it can be mistaken foe a female cousin of Kaiza. Like the machine it was built from, it also has the self learning and reliance program installed, salvaged from the hard disc of machina gearframe 000. As its last ability, almost an advancement of the soul disc summon ability, it is equipped with a card replication function. Where as the card summon function summons an illusion of the card, the card replication function makes the duel machine become the illusion of the card itself, for a short period, granting it control over the illusion. Whether this can harm only duel monsters, or can cause damage to other property, is unknown, and so far, Loruka is the only duel machine recorded to have this function.

Chapter 2: Test run

location: Unknown location in the forest, time: 9:00 am

a bunch of people with black capes and hoods can be seen surveying what appears to be a small building located deep in the forest. Looking well out of place, the building has a small door in the front, circular in shape and wide open. A short distance away, one of the black hooded persons walks off ahead

Soul Hacker 1: and even in her absence, she still tortures us !
Soul Hacker 1: at least we were able to posses the people who found this, or we never would have, and even then,

*with that, the coat and hood on the man vanishes in a black smoke, leaving a boy unconscious on the floor. But soon after, 2 more soul hackers, riding a cyber dragon each, barge out from the woods*

Kaiza: !!
Loruka: ................

*Loruka then places 2 cards on her duel disc and pulls the soul trigger, with 1 card face up, and another face down. Face up card is dimensional alchemist*

Kaiza: (thinking) how did they get here so fast ?!
Soul Hacker 2: he was right, there was an intruder
Soul Hacker 3: oh well, Cyber dragon, rush em !
Cyber Dragon 1: (roars loudly)

*the cyber dragon rushes Kaiza, but Loruka jumps in front and grabs it by its jaws before it reaches him*

Kaiza: loruka ?
Loruka: card replication, dimensional alchemist

*with those words, the dimensional alchemist and her duel disc starts to glow brightly, and her body becomes transformed slowly into that of dimensional alchemist itself*

Kaiza: it works ....

*with the new body, she then switches one of her arms with her foot, keeping the cyber dragon's mouth open and placing her hand to point into its mouth*

Loruka(dimensional alchemist): card activation, dimensional alchemist

*after saying that, her hands start to glow bright as well*

Soul Hacker 2: what the -

*the soul hacker jumps off as from loruka's hand, a beam fires into the mouth of the cyber dragon, blowing it up from the inside out*

Soul Hacker 3: (thinking) I know that humans can now summon illusions of duel monsters, but since when can they become it ?!
Soul Hacker 3: grrr, Cyber dragon, attack !

*The next cyber dragon then launches at her*

Loruka(diemsnional alchemist): card activation, enemy controller

*with that, a controller appears in her other hand, and she uses the extension to tangle the cyber dragon by the mouth, making it shake around wildly as he holds onto it, the shaking finally makes teh soul hacker fall off, and when it does, she pulls the cyber dragon towards her. When it reaches right up on her, she quickly moves to the side of its head and punches it while it was still coming to the ground, shattering its head and making it fly to the side by some nearby trees, lifeless and headless. Thoe body soon disappears after, and the soul hackers get up on their feet*

Soul Hacker 3: you all aren't -
Kaiza: ordinary ?
Loruka(dimensional alchemist): no
Loruka(dimensional alchemist) we are not

*with that, the dimensional alchemist also disappears, leaving behind loruka in her original state, who then locks onto a soul hacker's disc with her own. Kaiza does the same to the other soul hacker*

Loruka: your best option to defeat us is via a duel
Loruka: soul summons wont work

Soul Hacker 2: fine then

*the soul hacker then takes the cards off his disc, quickly places it in the deck slot and locks onto Loruka's disc. And the 3rd one does the same to Kaiza*

Kaiza: sure we can take them 1 on 1 each ?
Loruka: we will be perfectly fine master
Soul Hacker 2: master ?

*Loruka then quickly locks back onto his disc, starting a duel, and Kaiza does the same for the 3rd one*

*he then presses a button on it, and it starts to emit a blue light*

Kaiza: when in a duel, this will disrupt other targeting lasers, meaning that no one can lock on to your disc after teh battle starts
Kaiza: the singularity duel device is what its called, it will help you

in the cleared expanse of grass in the area surrounding the complex, 2 soul hackers sit on the floor playing with their own cards, their duel disc deactivated, while talking to each other

Soul Hacker 4: the 2 we sent to check up on the scout haven't reported back yet
Soul Hacker 5: Eh they're probably just being the fools they are again, taking their sweet time to finish up what they're doing
Kaiza: HEY !
Soul Hacker 4: what the ?!

*the soul hackers quickly place their cards back in their disc and see Kaiza, running towards them, leaving them all well confused*

Soul Hacker 4: heh, I thought what he was asking for is easier done through suicide
Loruka: countdown complete
Soul Hacker 4: huh ?

*in the sky above them, Loruka can be seen with her duel disc active, coming down right where the soul hackers are*

Loruka: card activation, smashing ground

*with that, her hand clenches to a fist and becomes covered in a thick gold layer as she descends to where the soul hackers are. The soul hackers jump out of the way before she lands on them, and as she lands, her hand hits the ground, causing a small tremor where they all are, as well as the ground around them to become broken up and raised above ground level. As Kaiza rushes up to where they are, he activates his soul trigger, and hops from 1 piece of unearthed chunk to the next, quickly going past Loruka and the soul hackers, disoriented from the impact, and dives into the entrance to the complex, rolling on the floor and quickly rebounding. Soon after the 2 soul hackers get up to see only Loruka, still in the same area where she made her landing*

Soul Hacker 4: Since when is a human capable of this ?!

*She then takes her duel disc and locks on the one of the hackers*

Loruka: I have many more functions I can perform
Soul Hacker 4: this will be your last one !

*the hacker then locks back onto her disc, starting a duel. almost immediately after, the other soul hacker tries to lock onto hers as well, but the lock doesn't apply*

*the same time he says that, the attacks from her monsters impact with the soul hacker, making the crater deeper and dropping his lifepoints to 0. When the dust clears, Loruka goes to the person who was taken control of, takes him out of the crater, and places him on level land close to the entrance of the complex*

Loruka: (processing) you are stronger than I'd expect from any fairy user .....

*with that, she heads into the complex after Kaiza. Meanwhile, Kaiza goes through the underground tunnel in the complex from the entrance. The complex itself looks well made, shiny all the way to the floor, but also well under used, as most of the lights in the complex are off, making vision hard. In the midst of the empty corridor, Kaiza hears some footsteps hurrying towards him*

Kaiza: Loruka ?
Soul Hacker 5: she's most likely gone by now
Kaiza: hu ...

*the last attack knocks the soul hacker to the floor, he struggles to get up but then simply stops moving, and a black sworl of smoke is released from his body, revealing a young boy, knocked out on the floor. Kaiza goes to the boy and places him to rest on one of the edges of the tunnel, and continues down his path*

Kaiza: sorry you came all this way for this

*a short distance into the tunnel, Kaiza hears more footsteps loudly in the empty tunnel, and turns around to check*

Kaiza: Loruka ?
Loruka: yes master ?
Kaiza: (sighs with relief) good to see you ok
Kaiza: (thinking) 1st recorded time hearing her call me master turns out to be good

*Loruka catches up and reaches where Kaiza is, and they both proceed through the tunnel*

Loruka: the soul hackers have all been removed from the stolen bodies, all that's left now is to get to the room at the end of the -

*before she could finish, she grabs Kaiza and jumps backwards. Very soon after, 2 rockets hit the ground where Kaiza was, leaving a big explosion that rattles the tunnel*

Kaiza: what the ?
Loruka: soul summon

*in the distance, a large robotic figure slowly steps out of the shadows to reveal what it is, a machina force. He fires another 2 rockets at them, and loruka bends he knees a bit. Then, from the sides of her hips, a compartment opens up and 2 small rockets fire out, colliding with machina force's own, destroying each other. As the explosion clears, Loruka quickly activates her duel disc and soul trigger, and plays a card on it*

Loruka: card activation, enemy controller

*with that, an extension cord fires out from her duel disc to the head of the machina force. She holds the cord with both hands and pulls it down to the ground, while they get on their feet*

Loruka: master, get past the Machina force and head to the main room, to determine the reason for the summon
Kaiza: but -
Loruka: with a civilian in crossfire I am not able to execute offensive tactics to delete the summon
Kaiza: ....
Kaiza: (thinking) she's right
Kaiza: ok

*Kaiza then runs towards the machina gearframe, and from behind, Loruka fires another 2 rockets, hitting the force in the head before Kaiza reaches, raising him off the ground, while tugging Loruka off the ground as well. as they raise off, Kaiza slides underneath him before he falls again, with the force only missing him by a hair as his blade hits the ground first*

Kaiza: (checking his hair and notices some cut hair strands) D:

*he gets off the floor and quickly runs to the room entrance, but as soon as he enters, the door closes behind him*

Kaiza: ?!

*he rushes back to the door to see if he can open it, but slumps to the ground when he finds none*

Kaiza: (sighs with despair)
Kaiza: guess ill be rebuilding her agai-
Kaiza: !
Kaiza: (thinking) if its a soul summon then its a soul hacker who did this, take the soul hacker out, Loruka is fine

*with that thought, Kaiza gets off the floor to continue down the tunnel, but realizes that this tunnel is a very short one, leading to a very huge and well illuminated room with a fairly large set of stairs at the end of the room. On top of the stairs, a girl in a black robe and purple hair can be seen sitting on the staircase, with a locked entrance behind her*

Kagami(hacked): finally
Kagami(hacked): what took you so long ?

*meanwhile, outside of the room in the tunnel, The Machina force fires another set of rockets at Loruka while she plays a card*

Loruka: card summon, marshmallon

* with that a marshmallon appears before the rockets hit, and she holds it by the head and stretches it across her body, using it to shield her from the attacks*

Loruka: .....
Loruka: card replication, dimensional alchemist

*with that, she lets the marshmallon go and she copies the image of dimensional alchemist onto herself, becoming the card itself. She then sets a card on her duel disc and waits as the monster fires another 2 rockets at her. Before they reach, she flips the card over*

Loruka: card activation, mirror force !

*Loruka then does a spin, as a transparent ball appears in her hand. After she completes 1 spin, she throws the ball in the middle of the spin, which then stretches out into a transparent wall spanning the entire cave. The wall moves forward to the machina force, hitting and destroying the rockets and eventually making contact with the Machina force. Meanwhile, in the final room, from the girl's disc on it begins to release some smoke, and she takes it off her duel disc and places it in her shirt*

Kagami(hacked): hmmmm

*she then gets up and starts walking slowly down the staircase towards Kaiza*

Kagami(hacked): you know, this tunnel, this complex, was created by our long lost enemy only 13 to 14 years ago
Kagami(hacked): its where she worked on special duel disc designed solely for battle against soul summons
Kagami(hacked): as at the time, humans could not do soul summons of their own
Kagami(hacked): even in her absence, she still blocked off any access to those secrets from us, so rather than try all day
Kagami(hacked): we decided we'll just capture anyone who came
Kagami(hacked): what surprises me is not only the fact you made it this far on your own, but you also have -

*before she could finish, an explosion occurs in the tunnel behind, releasing lots of smoke. From that smoke, a female figure holding something in her hands appear, and steps out of the smoke; Loruka, holding the head of the Machina force, which she drops to the floor*

Loruka: this belongs to you, but the body you control doesn't
Kagami(hacked): Impressive
Kaiza: and yes, I also have an aura just like your kind does
Kaiza: I dont know why, but I'm glad its here
Kagami(hacked): you also have a girlfriend too, how cute
Kaiza: (thinking) urgh >.<

*the rockets fired from machina gearframe impact on Loruka and leave a small explosion. When the dust clears, Loruka is still standing, but struggling a bit. The gashes on her hand and leg are wider, and more sparks are being released, and there is a new small gash on her forehead. One can see Loruka straining to stand up, as well as keep her body calm*

*Kaiza goes and pulls the soul trigger on his disc, engulfing him in a white whirlwind that blows fiercely across the room while loruka, on all fours, looks on, incapable of even standing up. The whirlwind frightens Kagami, who backs away a bit*

Kagami(hacked): what the
Kagami(hacked): what the hell are you ?!
Kaiza: dont mistake me for someone who treats people like trash !(activates dark hole)
Kaiza: and Loruka is more than just some machine !
Kagami(hacked): (shivers in fear a bit)
Kaiza: she saved the lives of my friends ! (3 dark confirmed in the graveyard, special summons dark armed dragon)(wind gets more intense, causing a strong gust in the room, almost blowing Kagami away)
Kaiza: you'll be the last thing that ever takes her ! (summons honest)
Kaiza: dark armed dragon, honest, attack, send her back where she belongs ! (Kagami(hacked) lp: 0)

*the attacks leave a huge explosion in fromt of Kaiza and Loruka. Kaiza shields his face as the explosion actually fights the whirlwind, while Loruka is simply too weak to react. When the explosion blast and dust finally clears, Kagami is seen on her knees, watching at them with a dazed look*

Kagami(hacked): what in...........what in the world.........
Kagami(hacked): what in the world....are you two ........

*with that, she collapses, and drops to the floor. Soon after, a black, thick puff of smoke swirls around her body rapidly, then disappears, and Kaiza takes off his soul trigger, and the white whirlwind dies down*

Loruka: task.............compl.......ete

*with that, Loruka collapses, and falls flat to the floor, sparks flying wildly from her body. Kaiza goes to her and turns her over, and lifts her head a bit*

Kaiza: dont place ant further effort into motor movement, shut all down
Kaiza: actiavte protocol, stasis recovery
Loruka: protocol...............act......ivate

*with that, Loruka closes her eyes and the sparks flying from the crevices made in her body start to fly out of her less. Kaiza picks her off the floor and carries her out of the tunnel, out of the complex and outside onto the field, back to the point where their first battle occurred. There, he places her to lean on a tree, folds her arms together and leaves her there

Kaiza: (thinking) I cant let the people see her like this, they'll be like what the (censored)
Kaiza: (thinking) she will recover, that's for sure, and by now everyone should be getting up, I best go check

Kagami: oh (laughs weakly) sorry

*she then lets go of him, makes a carefree spin and stops a short distance in front of him*

Kagami: so what brought you here ?
Kaiza: a distress called was sent from here and was received by FK, who then sent me to go deal with it
Kagami: you alone
Kagami: wow you must be good
Kaiza: uhhh, not really, my partner, she is waiting outside, making sure no one comes

Suddenly, her body jolts, startling kaiza a bit as she gets up, stands upright and opens her eyes to face him*

Loruka: stasis recovery process complete, resuming previous state

Loruka: hello Master
Kaiza: (mind crashes and reboots)

Chapter 5: ADA test run

location: Kaiza's apartment, time: 4:00 am

*flashback*

Location: ADA ruins, time: 4:00 pm, year, 2138

Kaiza regains consciousness and gets off the ground, rising to stand upright to see the sky. Its mid afternoon, and the sky is orange from the setting sun. Then, in the distance, in the ground below the elevated land he is on, he seems the ruins of what seems to be a big complex, and, at the peak of the ruins, he sees what appears to be a purple dragon with a silver skull helmet and green and orange scales at its belly. The dragon kicks off the ruins and flies into the air, and then, curls itself into a ball hovering over the ruins. His body then starts to glow purple, until all that can be seen of it is a purple sphere hovering over the ground. Then, the ball explosively expands, rapidly engulfing everything in its path until it just reaches Kaiza*

*flashback ends*

*with that nightmare, Kaiza quickly awakens, scared beyond measure and gasping for air. In response, Loruka awakens from her own rest, and gets off her chair and walks towards Kaiza's bed*

Loruka: what is the situation Master ?
Kaiza: (panting) I'm..............I'm fine.......just a bad dream
Loruka: definition needed for dream
Kaiza: -_-
Kaiza: (thinking) I need to fix her memory data...... stupid me -_-

*before eh cound finish, his phone rings, and he stretches to answer it*

*its 2 weeks after the opening registration day, and Marie can be seen talking on a phone, walking up and down in her room

Person on phone: so any strong duelists there ?
Marie: it was opening day, I wouldn't know, only person I dueled was the tester

*with that, Loruka and Kaiza each take a chair next to his desk and sit on it*

Alice_k: we get visitors all the time, so we just leave the door unlocked and let people enter

*with that, they leave the class and close the door, but instead of heading towards the admin's office, they head in the direction of the entrance hall*

*Kagami and 3 others are scouting the area around the lab they found, when, out in the distance, a young girl, who appears to be in their late teens, walks in their direction*

*with that, Kagami checks her detector. On it, 3 green dots on a blue background represent them, while for the girl approaching, she appears as a large black circle, with black waves pulsing away from her. The image makes Kamagi cold sweat as the girl stops a distance away from them*

Kagami: (worried expression) who are you ?
Unknown Girl: I've been sent to tell you that i'll be taking this operation over from here ^_^
Kagami: not on my watch !

*with that, she immediately activates her duel discs and readies herself for battle, but the girl simply kneels down and places her hands on the floor as the other members of Kamagi's group arrive on the scene*

Unknown Girl: a duel huh ? that would be very nice
Unknown Girl: but unfortunately
Kagami: huh ?
Unknown Girl: I dont have time for that
Uknown Girl: infection circuit !

*with that, the grass and the ground around the girl turns black, almost as if diseased and sprayed by tar. The area of infection spreads rapidly, reaching to the group in seconds. Upon contact with the group, an electric shock circuits through their bodies, making them unable to do anything as they too become covered in the black infection. Kagami gets 1 last glimpse of her radar, which shows an entire black background as the green dots fade away*

*flashback ends*

Kagami: and that was it, that's what happened
Kaiza: and, how did this girl look
Kagami: well, she sure didn't have big breasts for sure

*a child walks out of the main room, hands in his pocket with an upset face as Loruka goes to opens the door. She opens it, but cannot puh it open*

*inside the room, Xanxus sits behidn his desk, his legs on it, relaxed as ever*

*tigerclaw walks to where loruka is, also shocked. He stares at the books scattered, then stares up and Loruka and hugs her leg*

*in the midst of teh Cafeteria, Kaiza is holding a burger in his hand while showing no real intention of planning to eat it. The Cafeteria is full and loud with the chewing of food, and mainly, the chattering of people*

*then, a girl comes to the other side of Kaiza's table and sits there*

SeraphicGirl: hey, dont mind if I sit here ?
Kaiza: sure, go ahead

In the split second it takes for her to cross the table, the following happens*

Anna: eep .......
Xanxus: (facepalms himself)

*and a second after Anna dashes over his table, another girl dashes over the table*

SeraphicGirl: (thinking) and you'll be a dead (censored) soon !

*meanwhile, at Kaiza's desk Loruka comes and joins him*

*with that, Kaiza gets up and walks off to the exit of the cafeteria, while Anna jumps out a window to get away from SeraphicGirl, who then uses the side entrance and chases Anna all the way through the relaxation park, until she climbs up a tree to get away*

Location: ADA relaxation park, time: 11:30 am

*Kaiza sits on one of the chairs in the park, whilem a distance away, SeraphicGirl sits near the tree which Anna is on*

Anna: you got to leave this place sometime !
Anna: and when you do, ill get away !

*while Anna ans SeraphicGirl are bickering at each other, a girl with crimson hair comes and sits on the other end of Kaiza's chair, looking a bit bored*
