Effect:
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK monster in your Graveyard. Once per turn during your Main Phase, you can select 1 face-up monster on the field and remove it from play. If you activate this effect, this card cannot attack during this turn.

Little bit of help:

This card is great to use a pratcilly a staple for decks such as twilight and basically any deck that runs a good amount of light and dark monsters. This cards effect helps Alot when faced with big monsters like stardust plus this will help like hell once xyz comes out, I mean your opponent has a xyz or a strong synchro on the field you easily just remove a light and dark monster and boom toe opponents monster is banished, next thin you know you normal summon a tuner and you got your self a high level synchro and your opponent has list there monster.
It's also a 2300 monster so it can stand up to a few things.

This card has quite big weaknesses tough. You opponent could easily solemn or oppression it and you have lost two monsters from your grave, also gravekeepers lock this card with necrovalley. Sometimes this card can be a dead hand if you don't have the required attributes in rave or your opponent has oppression/necro/ you get what I mean.

The only card I know of to have changed banlist status every format xD Either way, this card is the little brother of Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning. Pretty good card, but can get screwed by the now-limited Book of Moon very easily.
