well, in light of leaving ADA for quite a while (and might be longer) and having lots of alone time, I thought I'd start my own story just like GFT Shadow Girl. Mine is a bit bigger though, and actually follows up from the actual series, just involving people from ADA< and the main site (kaibacorporation), so if you see your name in the story in a role you may not like, sorry if it was insulting (unless its KOD, should he ever return, which, I am sure he will)

well, lets start

Chapter 1: Prologue

The story takes place a few hundred years after the story of yugi, jaden and yusei. Their constant battles with those who use duel monsters for evil purposes have resulted in them ending up in many duels where the loser has his soul sucked into the shadow realm. Fortuneately but unfortunately, they never felt to such a fate, and their exploits have resulted in the banishment of many evil souls into the very darkness they sought to send others into. But how long will they remain there ?

As time went along, the vast amount of souls trapped in that realm has caused breaks in the shadow realm and the dimension we live in, allowing some souls to break free. While unseen and normally unnoticed
, these souls themselves can do nothing on their own, but they have one ability that makes them some of the most dangerous duelists known: They can enter the body and overwhelm the souls of others, allowing them to take over their body and do with it as they choose. With time, their power grew to be able to do this with the very tools they attempted this with before. Duels with them can become shadow duels at any time they choose, where, just like before, the loser has his or her soul sent to the shadow realm. This is done by adjusting the duel disk to inflict damage to the person's actual life force with each attack, similar to what anubis done to atem in his battle against kaiba. Only this time, the body is left behind, allowing the shadow duelist to use the body to expand his own forces. However, if he should lose, the original soul is returned to its body, and the shadow duelist is sent back to the realm he came from. Nonetheless, for this ability to take over the body of hackers, these duelist are referred to by the many academies as soul hackers.

Some soul hackers can take this further. With their power, they can discard the use of a normal duel and use the duel disk itself to generate somewhat real versions of the cards they play, outside of battle. While only temporary, these illusions or holograms are capable of doing physical damage to the person, and also inflicting damage on their life force as well. Some even have the power to tie together the lifepoints of the duel disk, meaning that even after a battle, the damage you took would be reflected on the duel disk, meaning its lifepoints wont reset to 8000 immediately and as long as you battle with it, you will continue to take damage to your life force. The duel disk also cant be removed unless your life points reset to 8000, but fortunately this can be done with simple rest, or other methods to recover vitality in real. As if their power has no limits, some can force the activation of duel disks such that the person cant refuse. However, with that done, they also make it possible for others to step into the battle at will, and, due to the conditions they set forward, the soul hacker cant refuse when someone else joins in.

However, the worst manifestation of their power is not the ability to take over people, but the ability for some not to take over someone, but send them off to the shadow realm, body and soul. In such a case, the person is sent to the shadow realm completely, and so far, there has been no record of anyone who has been sent there recently, ever getting out. To make matters worse, to recover ones own lifepoints, soul hackers can use the life force of other people, duelist or not, to recover their own, and the same rules apply to such victims as those who end up losing in shadow duels. This however can only be done by very few soul hackers, particularly, very strong ones with decks to match. The worst combination of these abilities was recorded on April 4th 2134, New Domino City. An entire appartment with 18 people went empty, all the inhabitants of the apartment simply disappeared, with no trace for police or anyone else to follow. Even now the case is still open, and out of all the 19 people living in the apartment, only 1 person escaped as he wasn't there at the time, Kaiza.

There are a large number of duelist, but most are not aware of this new threat to their existance, except for a few organized groups who aim to finish the job The 5 kings of duelists started many years ago.


(sorry, I got really bored and this is the 1st time such ideas came to my head. Ill continue the story as I get time, adding a new chapter when I log on. For now, this is the basis of the story, and yes, it begins with the main star, having a nightmare. How it ends, well, still deciding)

location: ADA administration Building, time: 10:00 am

*its 1 day after Alice was recovered, and Kaiza walks down the corridor to the head admin's office, heavy with thought and clearly not happy*

Kaiza: (thinking) enough is enough .....
Kaiza: (thinking) first the apartment incident, then the guy on the rooftop, now this ................
Kaiza: (thinking) its about time

*Kaiza stops at the door of the head admin's office, gently turns the doorknob, then slams the door open so hard the it creates a shockwave that can be heard all the way down to the other classes. After the shoickwave, a crack can be found on Machina Gearframe's hand, which wasn't there before, Vongola's box of chalk has all the chalk sticks broken, and a tear can be found in Alice's shirt, which wasn't there before*

Snakedoc: what the --
Kaiza: enough is enough
Snakedoc: ................................
Kaiza: its already bad enough to know that the apartment incident could have been stopped if I was there, but now someone comes and takes a person of the academy over, just to come after me !
Kaiza: they are coming to me now, and they probably wont stop until I am gone !
Snakedoc: .................
Kaiza: send me down after them
Kaiza: if its be they want, then its better I go to them, rather than have them have to take others out than to get to me
Snakedoc: *sighs* fine

*snakedoc goes onto his draw and pulls out a paper, and hands it to Kaiza*

Kaiza: what is this ?
Snakedoc: remember when I told you Xanxus is out searching for portal holes to the shadow realm ?
Kaiza: yes
Snakedoc: he didn't find any, but he has lost contact with a team that was trying to seek them out as well
Snakedoc: team AE, members being Jessica, Kagami, Jasmine, Kasona, Tide and Chris.
Snakedoc: they were looking for a portal as well, on the countryside of California, and haven't responded since they made contact with it
Snakedoc: I sent Xanxus to go find them, but he would rather not go to the location on his own
Snakedoc: you're his back up
Kaiza: ok, so how do I get there ?
Snakedoc: what's the map for ?

location: California(city side, en route to the hillside area), time: 12:00 pm

*Kaiza is on a bus to the train station to get to the countryside*

Kaiza: (thinking) of all the things to give me

*a few seats behind, a person in a black, oversized jacket can be found occasionally peeping at Kaiza from behind, quickly docking back down when he turns around to avoid being seen*

Cloaked Person(Anna): (thinking) what was I thinking ? >_<

*flashback*

Location: New Domino Apartment Building, Kaiza's room, time: 11:00 am

*Kaiza can be found packing his bags up with clothes, food and cards, when Kerlyn walks in*

Kerlyn: where are you going ?
Kaiza: I just got to go out for a few days, ill be back soon
Kerlyn: Neutral
Kaiza: ill be back soon, dont worry about it, ok ?
Kerlyn: ok ...

*Kaiza walks out of the room and heads downstairs, then heads off to the bus stop, and sits on a chair waiting. The bus arrives shortly and he heads on, but before the bus can drive off, a cloaked person comes out of the bushes and hops on quickly*

Cloaked Person(Anna): whew -_-

*the person heads to the back seat and takes a seat there*

Cloaked Person(Anna):(thinking) it shouldn't take me long
Cloaked Person(Anna):(thinking) I am sure he's heading to another tournament, and I have my friend to cover for me while I'm gone
Cloaked Person(Anna):(thinking) good thing I deleted my friend's mother's number off my mother's phone

*1 hour later, the bus stops and Kaiza hops off. The girl hops off shortly after, and gets stunned by what she sees*

Cloaked Person(Anna):(thinking) did he go all the way out of town ?!!

*the girl then sees Kaiza quickly walk away into the distance, and scampers off to follow him*

*flashback end*

*the bus then stops off at another stop, and Kaiza gets off the bus, with Anna following shortly behind*

Cloaked Person(Anna):(thinking) where the hell is this guy heading ?!

*a short while after following him, Kaiza stops at a back alley entrance. he turns around and the girl dashes across to find a hiding spot, only to run head first into a garbage drum*

Cloaked Person(Anna): owww !!
Kaiza: ok what do you want ?
Cloaked Person(Anna):.....................................
Kaiza: doesn't make any sense using a cloak anymore either, I know you're following me, and
Kaiza: its a bit way too big....
Cloaked Person(Anna): fine ....

*the girl removes the cloak and tries to fold it up neatly, places it into a small bag on her back, and stands up to show herself*

Kaiza: (thinking) what to say to this one ?

Kaiza: its been a while since I've seen something this short ...
Anna: hey !
Kaiza: alright what do you want ?
Anna: well
Anna: my name is anna, and I have a question
Kaiza: ??
Anna: did you beat my brother in a duel ?

Anna: rosum, one of the top players in our area, and one who always makes it to the top 4, if not top 4, 1st place
Anna: they said how some new comer with white hair and a black jacket as tight as it could get entered and took 1st place, beating him for 2nd

Location: Queensland card store, time: 1:45 pm

Kaiza: (thinking) whoever made this deck for me, I owe them quite a bit -_-
Kaiza: Ill activate avenging knight parshath's effect, and ill switch scrap archfiend to defense mode
Kaiza: now, avenging knight parshath attacks, and
Kaiaz: ill discard this card (honest) from my hand, increasing avenging knight parshath's attack by scrap archfiend's attack
Kaiza: guess its over (Rosum's lp: 0000)
Rosum: hu, what a lucky draw............I've been noobed
Rosum: well, good game, and yea, I guess you win

*flashback end*

Anna: and you fit that description
Kaiza: hmmm
Kaiza: (thinking) what do I tell her to get her to stop ?
Kaiza: I have no idea who Rosum is, and I dont even attend tournaments
Kaiza: sorry girl, wrong person
Anna: hey ! that's a lie and you know it !
Anna: there wasn't even any other person with that type of details in the entire tournament other than you !
Kaiza: then you found the wrong person

*with those words, Kaiza quickly walks ahead and goes into the back alley, with Anna following him after, only to lose sight of him as he simply hides at the side of a dumpster, out of view*

Anna: crap !!!
Kaiza: (thinking) I could tell
Kaiza: (thinking) I could just taste it in the air !
Kaiza: (thinking) this isn't over -_-

location: California city, time: 12: 15 pm

*Kaiza can be found wandering through the city, clearly lost while reading the map*

Kaiza: (thinking) must be me to get lost with a map
Anna: you mean bastard !
Kaiza: ??
Kaiza: -_-

*behind him, the girl can be seen, quickly closing in to where he is standing. The girl reaches up to where he is and starts hitting his legs with her fist, even though it doesn't do much to him*

Anna: its rude to leave someone stranded in town !
Kaiza: you're not supposed to be stranded, in fact for you to get here you should know the way around
Anna: no I dont, I simply followed you !
Kaiza: >_<
Kaiza: anyway, I already gave you an answer, if you know your way here, you should know your way back
Anna: I want the correct answer, I'm not leaving until I get it
Kaiza: >.<

*Kaiza walks off, clearly not happy, with anna following him as they walk across the pedestrian pathway, with Kaiza heading to the nearest trafflic light. The traffic light turns red, but Kaiza waits there as Anna catches up to him*

Anna: (thinking) this isn't going anywhere -_-
Anna: (thinking) *sighs* guess I have no choice
Anna: I know why you're staying silent
Kaiza: ??
Anna: My brother must have beat you mercilessly
Kaiza: -_-
Anna: so bad that you dare not say his name
Kaiza: =_=
Anna: because it will bring back up daymares of the beating you got !
Kaiza: >.<

*a few seconds after she says this, the light turns green and cars begin to cross teh street. Kaiza opens his bag and pulls out an alarm clock, adjusts the timer, kneels down a bit and hands it to Anna*

Kaiza: here
Kaiza: when the alarm rings, you'll get your answer, until then, just keep your eyes on the second hand
Anna: uhhh, ok

*shortly after, the light turns red, and Kaiza crosses the street with everyone else there, with anna waiting on the other side where Kaiza was*

Kaiza: (thinking) I cant believe this worked
Anna: (thinking) why would he have me watch this ?
Anna: (thinking) wait a minute !
Anna: you -

*as soon as she stops staring, the alarm rings and the traffic light turns green, cars cross and block anna from crossing*

Anna: bastard !!!!!!!!!!!
Kaiza: see ya

*Kaiza waves and walks off as anna riles up and yells at him from the other side*

Location: California City, time: 12: 30 pm

*Kaiza can be found walking to a nearby train station, when, the same girl rushes up to him from behind*

Anna: you're ridiculously cruel !

**the girl rushes him and starts to beat his legs again in vain, shedding tears while doing it*

Kaiza: you dont give up do you ?
Anna: of course not !
Anna: I wont rest until you --

*a small growl can be heard from Anna's stomach as she complains with Kaiza*

Anna: Sad
Kaiza: great ....
Anna: I must have forgotten how hungry I was while chasing you Sad
Kaiza: well, just so you know, I'm not stopping to buy anything to eat unless I'm --

*a growl can then be heard from Kaiza's stomach, and Kaiza holds his stomach a bit*

Kaiza: I cant believe this
Anna: well
Anna: is it ok I ask for a favor ?

location: Coffee shop in california, near the train station, time: 12:40 pm

*Kaiza and Anna sit on a chair eating lots of bacon and egg sandwiches, clearly happy now that they aren't hungry*

Kaiza: (thinking) hmmmm
Kaiza: (thinking) this is funny, but cruel
Kaiza: hey
Anna: (eating) hmm
Kaiza: be back soon, using the toilet

*Kazia gets up and goes to the toilet, and doesn't come back out for 30 minutes, and Anna finally gets suspicious, gets up and enters the toilet*

Anna: hey, white haired guy ?
Anna: huh ?

*anna enters the boy's toilet and sees a wide open window near one of the toilets, then slams her head on the wall in anguish*

location: California train station, time: 12:50 pm

*Kaiza can be found walking to the train station, with Anna quickly closing in on him*

Anna: you curel bastard !!!!!!!!!

*Anna reaches Kaiza and starts to beat his legs again*

Kaiza: *sighs*

*then, one of anna's hands accidentally strays from kaiza's legs, htting him in between his legs and knocking the wind out of him*

*Kaiza places his hands between his legs and curls up on the floor*

Anna: huh ?

Anna: now ill equip united we stand to vylon elipson, boosting its attack to 3400
Anna: now, Vylon elipson's effect, ill remove united we stand from it to destroy tempest magician
Anna: now, Vylon elipson attacks junk synchron
Kaiza: activate compulsory evacuation device, to return vylon elipson to your hand
Anna: (thinking) crap
Anna: -_-
Anna; ill set 1 card face down, and ill end my turn
Kaiza: ok then
Kaiza: ill activate monster reborn, and ill special summon lyla, lightsworn scorceress from my grave
Kaiza: now ill use its effect, and destroy your face down card (mirror force)

*the duel ends, and Anna simply sits down on the floor, looking down.*

Kaiza: ......................

*Kaiza walks up to her and holds her hand, lifting her into the air. He then removes her duel disc, and drops her back to the floor*

Anna: hey !

*He then removes her deck from the duel disc, and looks through it*

Kaiza: where did you get these ?
Anna: well
Anna: my brother got this from a girl when he was very young, and as he grew older, he made other decks on his own
Anna; he was also terrible at dueling once, that girl changed everything for him he said
Kaiza: hmmmmm
Kaiza: (thinking) maybe this will end it
Kaiza: well, he is good at dueling
Kaiza: I never beat your brother, and he never won against me
Kaiza: we draw, 1-1 each, and I said ill finish it sometime
Anna: huh ?
Kaiza: so how come you want to beat him so badly ?

*Kaiza walks off slowly, with anna following him as they head to the train station*

Anna: well, I said ill be the 1st to beat him
Kaiza: well, maybe if you change the deck around a bit, you can
Kaiza: ever thought of using ryko in the deck ?
Anna; NOOOOOOOOO
Anna: I hate lightsworns !
Kaiza: (thinking) thought so
Kaiza: listen, I dont know how long my trip is going to take, you should probably go home for now
Anna: well
Anna: you said you can fix my deck, and I can stay out for a while, so I can come
Kaiza: *sighs* fine, but I'm not paying for your ticket

Location: train station entrance, time: 12: 55 pm

*Kaiza and Anna can be found at the desk clerk, buying train tickets*

Kaiza: 2 tickets, 1 adult, 1 child
Desk Clerk: ok then
Anna: Very Happy

Kaiza: (thinking) this girl has no idea just how strong she can actually be

*Anna And Kaiza walk off to the nearby train and enter it*

Kaiza: (thinking)its been years since anyone saw a vylon deck
Kaiza: (thinking) and they were greater than she can even imagine

*Anna and Kaiza get off the train and hand in their tickets, then proceed off down the pathway to a narrow valley within a small nearby forest*

Anna: do you know where you're heading ?
Kaiza: yes, we're supposed to meet someone before I do anything
Anna: well
Anna: what are you going to do ?
Kaiza: long story
Anna: we have time
Anna: so tell me
Kaiza: (thinking) urghhhh

*they continue walking for a half hour, until then find themselves at the back of a large house in the forest. The house looks old, but still usable, and it appears as if its inhabited even now. They approach closer and see a guy leaning on a wooden tree near the house, with his eyes closed, and what appears to be a d.d. scout plane floating at the side of him*

Kaiza: hey
Xanxus: ???
Xanxus: what do you want ?
Kaiza: are you Xanxus
Xanxus: does it matter ?
Kaiza: I'm Kaiza from ADA, sent as reinforcements
Xanxus: hmmm

*the guy gets from under the tree and approaches them, coming out of the shade of the tree. He rubs his eyes, then looks at them, as the d.d scout plane follows him

Kaiza: ???
Xanxus: I thought I said no kids >.<
Kaiza: I'm 20 years old, I'm not a kid
Xanxus: then what the hell is that short turd on the floor ?

*Snakedoc and Xanxus are talking when a girl comes in and walks up to snakedoc's table, slams both her hands down on it and starts to complain, clearly not happy*

Year: 2133, location: ADA relaxation park

*They follow Xanxus away from the tree, going with him to the front entrance of the house, walking slowly. As they walk, Xanxus begins to explain to Kaiza what happened*

Xanxus: basically we got a report from another team called AE. Some of the members thuoght they found a portal for you know what

Kaiza: ill explain later

Xanxus: well, their own team members were too far away to call for any backup, so they called members from ADA to assist if they can, well, more specifically FK, which, would be the team you're in, and

Xanxus: (thinking) snakedoc must have really dropped his standards then Neutral
Xanxus: anyway, I was the 1st to respond, so I came here first, and sent a message. But I got no reply
Xanxus: so I sent this little thing to go forward and scan the area they were in, which would be here

*Xanxus stops them from walking any further, and uses his fingers and his mouth to blow a loud whistle, and upon blowing the whistle, a small object can be seen in the sky coming towards them at a rapid speed. Kaiza and Anna brace themselves, while Xanxus remains calm. Upon almost reaching them. The object comes to a grinding halt in from of Xanxus, floating in front of them, and Kaiza and Anna see what the object was; a D.D. Scout Plane*

Kaiza: (thinking) a duel machine
Anna: what ?????!!!!
Xanxus and Kaiza: ???
Anna: what the hell ?! I thought cards cant exist outside of holograms and cant be further than 3 metres from the duelist who summoned it, what the hell is a d.d. scout plant doing so far away from you !?
Xanxus: are you sure she's a member of FK ?
Anna: I dont even -

*Kaiza blocks her mouth again, this time keeping it blocked as they talk, and Anna struggles to pry his hand off*

Kaiza: yes, she's just new, that's all
Xanxus: (thinking) I take that back, snakedoc's standards must have plummeted.
Xanxus: anyway

*Xanxus points to the D.D. Scout Plane*

Xanxus I sent him forward to do a scan on the area they were in, to see if they were there
Kaiza: and ?
Xanxus: after it gave me the go ahead, I came here

*Xanxus walks away from them, and goes across to what seems like a long sheet of thick, black plastic covering a bunch of large objects. Xanxus holds the plastic sheet and pulls it off as Anna and Kaiza watch, seeing the contents that were hidden*

Xanxus: and this is what I found

*on the ground where the plastic was covering, 5 human looking bodies can be seen, 3 female and 2 male, all armed with a duel disc. Their entire bodies covered in a black substance that appears to be encasing their body like a cocoon, making it impossible to identify who is who, outside of their gender due to the shape of the bodies. The image leaves Kaiza a bit startled, making him let go of Anna's mouth, while Anna herself remains in awe*

Xanxus: 6 members from Blue Star came here, Kagami, Jessica, Kasona, Chris, Kessiler and Tide, so far, I've only found 5
Xanxus: as you can see, the casing on their bodies makes it impossible to tell who is who
Kaiza: are they dead ?
Anna: Shocked
Xanxus: no
Xanxus: the scout plane picked up large amounts of soul hacker energy from each of these bodies. They were soul hacked, and soul hackers cant hack dead bodies, as they dont have a soul
Anna: (thinking) this is just too weird now Shocked
Kaiza: why dont we just duel them ? knock the soul hacker straight off of them ?
Xanxus: they aren't dead yes, but they aren't moving either. Cant duel if you dont move

Xanxus: I just got here today, was waiting at a temporary camp nearby until you guys reached, I heard you all were coming si I decided to intercept you all as you came here
Xanxus: this is my 1st time in this area. Until we find out what happened, and how to undo it

*anna quickly stares at kaiza*

*the next 3 hours is spent with Xanxus and d.d. scout plane trying to determine what was used on them for the bodies to be the way they are, and Kaiza trying to help Anna out as they do not have any assistant duel machine to help them, nor are they of any use to Xanxus at the time*

Xanxus: (thinking) if at least one of them had a duel machine, one could do an energy scan while the other does a body scan, but noooooooo
Xanxus: (thinking) snakedoc had to send the garbage heap of FK to help -_-
Xanxus: (thinking) now my scout plane has to do it all -_-

*meanwhile, the d.d scout plane pierces a long, pin like probe into the shoulders of one of the bodies and the spinning of hard drive discs can be heard coming from it. At the same time, Anna and Kaiza sit down in a small corner on the floor nearby, with Kaiza flipping through a deck with a box of cards next to him, occasionally taking cards out from the deck and searching through the box for another card, and placing it in. After he's done, he hands the deck to Anna, who also searches through the deck*

Kaiza: there, just a few small changes that should help make the deck work, its not much just -
Anna: ryko, lightsworn hunter ?!
Kaiza: ??
Anna: I will NOT use that !!!!
Kaiza: -_-
Anna: and solemn warning ?!!!
Kaiza: huh ?
Anna: why is that here ?!!

*Xanxus hears them complaining as the scan continues, and turns around to look at them with a shocked and annoyed expression on his face*

Xanxus: complaining about solemn warning in a deck ? Shocked

*Kaiza gags anna again*

Kaiza: her deck normally burns her own lifepoints in order to defeat the opponent, its why she was skeptical about its use

*Xanxus turns back around and ignores them, focusing on the scan d.d scout plane is performing*

Xanxus: (thinking) if I remember correctly, FK ranks were newcomer, Fatal Apprentice, and Fatal Knight
Xanxus: (thinking) he must have made a new rank just for her, Fatal Dung Pile
Anna: and Pot of duality ?! why ?!!!!
Xanxus: (thinking) yep, snakedoc's standards have dropped to a new low

*then, the sound from d.d. scout plane stops, and it removes the probe from the bodies. It then turns to face Xanxus, and both kaiza and Anna get up and move from the corner, coming where Xanxus is to see what happened*

Xanxus: results of lifesign and Energy scan
D.D. Scout Plane: results. body temperature, 37.2 degrees celcius, heart rate, 120 systolic, 80 diastolic, stomach contents lv, close to empty, mind state abnormalities, signs of sleep stage N2
Kaiza: so basically, they're ok, just asleep ?
D.D. Scout Plane: yes
Xanxus: and what about the energy scane
D.D. Scout plane: the body shows signs of soul hacking, but the energy of the soul hacker so far seems to be inactive. The energy however seems to be coming from the heart, and spreads out of the body, encasing the entire body in a shell of black soul energy
Anna: huh ?
Xanxus: hmmm, well then

*Xanxus turns and watches Anna and Kaiza*

Xanxus: step back a bit
Kaiza: ok

*Kaiza takes Anna and moves back to the corner where they were, watching Xanxus. Xanxus steps back a bit, and the d.d scout plane moves away from the body. He takes a deep breath, then activates his duel disc, then pulls a switch beneath his duel disc. Upon pulling the switch, what appears to be a set of light ribbons of all sorts of colours surround and encircle Xanxus, spinning rapidly, but not touching his body. He then takes a card out of his duel disc and plays it*

Xanxus: card summon, Flamvell Firedog

*with those words, another spiral appears a very short distance away, and in the spiral, a 3-D image starts to form from the ground up, in the time span of 1 second. Anna and Kaiza look in awe at the image, which appears to be that of a winged dog. Shortly after, the sprials from them both slow down and stop, disappearing upon stopping, and the image formed is revealed to them; a Flamvell firedog. *

Kaiza and Anna: Shocked
Xanxus: flamvell firedog, attack the black body

*with that command the flamvell firedog arches his head back and closes his mouth, then quickly swings his head back and opens his mouth, spewing fire on the body which spread out and engulf the body as it flows out continuously from its mouth. After a brief moment, it closes its mouth, and the fires quickly disappear*

Xanxus: what is the energy reading from the casing on their body
D.D. Scout Plane: no damage done, lifepoints of soul hacker core: 8000
Xanxus: so much for that ....

*Xanxus inhales and exhales, then removes the card from his duel disc. Upon removal, the firedog disappears from top to bottom, leaving no trace that it was here. Then, Xanxus breathing starts to get a bit heavy*

Kaiza and Anna: Shocked
Xanxus: I wont expect you to know how its done, but any duel disc with the soul duel trigger can also be used to summon monsters outside of battle for a short duration
Xanxus: the lv of the monster determines the length it can stay out for, every star gives it 1 minute
Xanxus: of course the conditions of your duel disc, that is, field, hand, grave and RFG zone, must match the conditions required to use the card
Xanxus: well, you give it a try
Kaiza: me ?
Xanxus: yes
Kaiza: ok then

*Xanxus moves away from the body and Kaiza nervously walks up to it. He draws a card from his deck and activates both the duel disc and the soul trigger. Upon activation, a black and white coloured whirlwind surrounds him, blowing away any loose objects and kicking up dust, leaving Anna shocked, but Xanxus' facial expression changes to one that isn't happy at all*

Xanxus: (thinking) soul hacker !
Kaiza: (thinking) this happened when I battled Alice when she was soul hacked
Kaiza: ??

*Kaiza looks at his disc and realizes that someone's disc is locked onto his. He turns around to see that it was Xanxus who locked onto his own*

Kaiza: huh ?
Xanxus: guess you must have intercepted my support then
Xanxus: you may have beaten them, but you wont get through this time !
Kaiza: but
Kaiza: *sighs*
Anna: (thinking) what is going on ???!!!
Kaiza: what did I do now ?
Xanxus: only a soul hacker can generate such whirlwinds upon a soul duel activation !
Xanxus: I'm taking you out now !
Kaiza: -_-

*reluctantly, he locks onto Xanxus own and starts a duel*

Kaiza: apparently you wont listen to me just yet so .....
Kaiza: ill set 2 cards face down (sangan, solemn warning)

Xanxus: ill set 1 card (flamvell counter) and ill summon flamvell firedog

*upon paying the lifepoints, the whirlwind grows weaker by a bit, but still noticeably strong*

Xanxus: heh, well ill end my turn then

Kaiza: ill summon plaguespreader zombie to the field, and synchro summon magical android
Kaiza: ill use sangan's effect to add d.d. warrior lady to my hand

Xanxus: chain, flamvell counter, removing flamvell firedog in my grave from play to negate compulsory evacuation device, and destroy it
Xanxus: ill set 1 card (book of moon) and use Scrap dragon's effect, destroying our two face down cards.
Xanxus: now ill summon flamvell archer
Xanxus: Flamvell Archer attacks (Kaiza's lp: 5500)

*the whirlwind around Kaiza gets smaller, and Kaiza stumbles from the blow*

Xanxus: now Stardust Dragon attacks (Kaiza's lp: 3000)

*Kaiza stumbles back a short distance, and the whirlwind gets much weaker*

Kaiza: activate effect, Gorz, Emissary of Darkness, special summoning it to the field, and a token with 2500/ attack and defense, in defense mode
Xanxus: well scrap dragon will attack Gorz
Xanxus: and ill end my turn

*Kaiza gets off the floor and holds his chest, breathing hard*

Xanxus: hurts doesn't it ?
Xanxus: its what you get for attacking ADA, and other people for no good reason !

*Xanxus turns and watches Anna, who looks well scared*

*Kaiza lets go of his chest and clenches his fist, and with that, the whirlwind starts to grow again, so strong Xanxus is almost blown away. Unseen by everyone, the layer of black energy on the bodies begins to shift a bit from the whirlwind, and the bodies squirm for a brief moment, as if disturbed by Kaiza's presence, then return back to their motionless state*

Xanxus: (thinking) what the ?
Xanxus: (thinking) any soul hacker would be struggling to move
Kaiza: ill remove from play sangan and magical android to special summon chaos sorcerer, and use its effect to remove stardust dragon from play
Kaiza: now ill use plaguespreader zombie's effect, and return one card on top my deck (ryko, lightsworn hunter) to special summon it to the field
Kaiza: ill synchro summon Chaos sorcerer and plaguespreader zombie to summon scrap dragon
Kaiza: ill set 1 card (allure of darkness) and use scrap dragon's effect, to destroy your crap dragon and my face down card
Kaiza: now ill use glow up bulb's effect, and send the top card of my deck to the grave (ryko, lightsworn hunter) to special summon it
Kaiza: synchro summon with the emissary of light token and glow up bulb, to summon avenging knight parshath, and ill use its effect to switch flamvell archer to defense mode

*Kaiza pulls the eject trigger on his duel disc, while the whirlwind slowly dies down to what it was when Kaiza's lifepoints was on 3000*

Kaiza: I'm not a soul hacker, I am here to get rid of them

*Xanxus presses the eject button as well, ending the duel. With that, Kaiza falls to his knees and hands, breathing hard*

Xanxus: (thinking) in charging the whirlwind, he overcame the damage on his soul, and was able to do better in the duel

*after solving everything up, they spend the next 2 hours setting up an encampment and eating canned food inside the house, Kaiza and Xanxus spread a nylon sheet over the bodies outside and head in to sleep. Xanxus pulls out 2 sleeping bags and rests them on the floor

Kaiza: there are only 2 bags...............
Xanxus: well, you and the short one have to share
Kaiza and Anna: what ?!

*Xanxus gets into the sleeping bag and drops to the ground, places his hand by a lamp nearby and turns it off*

*on the ground, underneath the nylon sheet, the bodies can be seen moving about. One of the bodies raises up the sheet from under her and looks around, and her eyes stopped in Anna. The bodies are still covered in the black casing, but are moving now. Scared out of her wits, Anna dashes back inside to Kaiza and Xanxus, and starts to shake Kaiza up*

Kaiza: (talking while sleeping) no dreamcrusher, I had enough of machina gadgets and birdmen ..........
Anna: not gadgets, the bodies are all moving !!!!!!!

*both Kaiza and Xanxus hears this and quickly get up, getting out of the sleeping bags, and heading outside with Anna*

Kaiza: are you serious ?

*as they get out of the house, they see them. All 5 bodies, still encased, up and moving*

*one of the bodies activates its duel disc and locks onto Kaiza's own, and Kaiza's own activates and locks back against his command*

*another one activates its duel disc and tries to lock onto Anna's own, but the signal is blocked by Xanxus' own, who locks back onto her own*

*Anna runs back a small distance into the house and looks at Kaiza and Xanxus, while they stay outside*

Xanxus: well, you did say we should just duel them and knock it off of them

The girls eyes are closed shut, and her face appears as if she is sleeping. After the blow, the girl moves her head back to face Kaiza*

*with those words, Kaiza activates the soul trigger, and with it, a silver gust forms around him, blowing in all directions, blowing dust at Xanxus who blocks his eyes and tries to stay afoot, and the 2 remaining soul hackers start to tremble a bit, as if scared by what Kaiza just did. In another small abandoned house nearby, inside of its basement, which apparently is too dark to be considered normal by those who may happen to see it, a female figure in the darkness twitches.*

????: its been 15 years since such an energy lv has been exerted by a human
????: the chaos captain, must have finally returned

*the figure gets off the ground she was sitting on, and heads up the basement stairs, in the darkness, a duel disc can be seen on her arm*

*meanwhile, the duel with Kaiza and the 2 soul hackers continues despite the gust Kaiza made*

After the dust clears, the once encased person is entirely exposed, a red haired guy, in his late teens, with a blue long sleeved shirt and blue pants to match, can be seen lying on the floor, snoring hard, with his eyes well shut. The tornado around Kaiza dies down to a small gust, and Kaiza faces the next soul hacker, who looks well scared*

Kaiza: fire your worst !
Hacked Soul 5:
Xanxus: (thinking) guess he wont need help from me either

*meanwhile, the hacked souls Xanxus fought begin to twitch a bit. Behind the chest Anna is hiding, Anna stays quiet*

Anna: (thinking) look at them, they're all strong, great duelist
Anna: (thinking) that Kaiza guy can even generate whirlwinds with his duel disc
Anna: (thinking) now look at me .....

*Anna pulls out the deck she had in her duel disc and flips through the cards, with a sad look in her eyes*

location: Abandoned house, time: 8:00 pm, year, 2121

* a boy bursts through the front door of the house and runs into the distance, breathing hard and scared out of his wits. He stumbles and falls to the floor, looks up and is scared white at what he sees. A black, floating entity can be seen floating above, with a white orb in the center that shines as if its inside of the entity itself. The white part then quickly moves down to shine upon where the boy fell, and as she turns to sit on his back, 4 figures, encased in a black later, can be seen surrounding him, all armed with duel disc*

Rosum: (thinking) this is it, I'm done for
Unknown Girl: (clears throat loudly)

*the boy, the floating entity and the 4 figures turn around to see a girl walking towards them a short distance away. The girl is dressed in white and purple clothing, with a black and purple short pants that only reaches about 2-3 inches below her underwear, as well as a white, long sleeved jacket neatly folded at the end of the sleeves, with a purle line running down her sleeves all the way to the end, and a long extension at the back of the jacket, reaching down to the start of her feet, separated in two, attached to the jacket as if it was part of the original material it was made from, with a purple pattern at the back, and at many parts of her jacket. The front of her jacket is open, exposing her black bra, and outside of the extension, the main body of her jacket only reached 4 inches below her breasts, leaving the rest of her body well exposed. A small extension which also appears as part of the costume on one side is stretched across to the other side of the jacket, attacked to that part by what appears to be a well oversized button that appears almost like a blue crystal. On her legs are large, purple stockings, stretching from the tip of her toes, ending at her knees, with black stockings inside, stretching past her knees and ending close to the base of her pants. Her body complexion itself is that of a fair skinned girl, with silver hair that gloves in the starlight of the night. She appears to be pretty young, early 20's with a slim and well taken care of bodyOn her arms are 2 duel disc, one on each arm. On her shoulder is a purple hiking bad that appears to be full The 1st one appears as if its made of semi clear plastic, completely blue, while the other appears the same, only purple instead. With a confident but friendly smile, the girl stops a very short distance away and looks at them all*

Unknown Girl : hmmmmmm

*the girl drops her bag to the floor, opens it and pulls out a yellow deck box, and switches the deck in the blue duel disc with the one in the deck box. She then seals up her deck box and bag, and stares at them again

Unknown Girl: this should do it ^_^

*the girl then activates her duel disc and locks onto all 4 of the unknown figures, who themselves appear well confused. She then activates the soul trigger on the duel disc, and a huge, while gust quickly develops around her, almost blowing away the entity and everyone else, but quickly dying down to a small gust surrounding her*

Unknown Girl : lets go

*rosum and anna can be found sitting in the floor of the room. Posters can be seen all over the wall, and a purple bag can be seen next to Rosum*

*then, the two people Xanxus battled get off the floor, and activate their duel disc again, one locks onto Kaiza's own, and the other onto Xanxus' own*

Kaiza (thinking) they can only be damaged by light monsters, but xanxus is a fire deck user, he may not even know the statement "use a light monster"
Kaiza: (thinking) and dark monsters only heal their lifepoints, and that is the main assault power of my deck
Kaiza: (thinking) calling in reinforcements is also out of the picture, dam

*Kaiza's gust around him dies down and siappears, and Kaiza looks down to the floor for a brief moment, with the other hackers staring at him. The one attached to Xanxus then tries to start the duel with him, but before he can, Kaiza fires a signal beam to Xanxus's duel disc, and shouts out loud*

Kaiza: Anna !!!!
Anna: huh ?

*Anna gets out from her hiding spot and comes outside, then Kaiza fires another signal to her duel disc. Its at that point that Xanxus recognizes what Kaiza is doing*

Xanxus: you cant be -
Kaiza: they can only be damaged by light monsters, something we're in short supply of other than her
Kaiza: and if they take us out, she is up next on their list anyway
Anna: huh ?
Kaiza: to get through this night we'll need your help

*Kaiza takes the cards out of his duel board and resets his deck and extra deck, and locks onto the signal to start another duel*

Xanxus: guess we have no choice

*Xanxus locks back onto the soul hackers duel disc and then sends a signal back to Kaiza's own, allowing for a 2 vs 2 battle. Kaiza then looks towards Anna*

Kaiza: to win this we will need your help, and no, you aren't some newbie, not if you just play like you mean it
Kaiza: so, willing to become better ?
Anna: .............yes
Kaiza: ok then, lock onto my disc now
Anna: how ?
Kaiza: (mind crashes)

Are we supposed to look how we look in real life or how our avatars look? Also I'm actually not that annoying so for sure I find my personality here very hard to believe. The smoke quickly disappears, and the girl drops to the floor, sleeping. The remaining soul hacker watches anna, well scared,and anna glares back at her, cross eyed and clearly unhappy, angry still*

*they all turn around and watch the hacked soul again, on this time she's stuck in a standing position, the remaining encasing simply moves off of her body, and away from her as she drops back to the floor. Following the encasing, they see what appears to be a 6th hacked soul, also encased. The encasing moves to her and surrounds her body, then, her encasing becomes thinner and thinner, revealing her body appearance almost as if the encasing itself became translucent, revealing her clothes, eyes, hair, and every other detail of her body, except that her skin appeared dark, like how alice's own was. After the change, the soul hacker turns and watches them*

*the monster then flies back to anna, while kessiler watches, well baffled*

*the beam from ylon elipson engulfs Kessiler, who scrambles to raise her arms to keep her body safe. After the beam, the upper half of her body is exposed, free of the encasing, and she's well surprised*

*The Vylon Elipson then fires a huge beam at the black entity, engulfing and pushing it far into the distance, the Beam is then directed to the floor, and the entity is blasted to the floor, leaving a huge explosion that lights the sky. Amidst the explosion, the girl turns her back to it, and lets out a huge grin*

*the Vylon elipson releases a huge beam, larger than the previous one, that engulfs the person, Shrieks of pain can be heard coming from her as the rest of the encasing is forcefully blasted off of her. After the attack, the person can be seen, completely exposed, and black smoke coming from the rest of her body*

Kessiler(hacked): dam you ..................... angel capatin ........... (Kessiler(hacked) lp: 0)
Kessiler: ughhhhh

*the freed person falls to her knees, struggles to look up, and sees Anna, in front of her*

*the person then knocks out, and falls to the floor*

*her eyes closes and she dozes off to sleep, at the same time, Kaiza, struggling to keep consciousness, finally loses it*

*Xanxus finally gets up, and looks around to see Anna and Kaiza lying on the floor, with 6 other people, all armed with duel disc, also sleeping on the floor. None are encased*

*Kaiza eyes struggle to open, then they open and Kaiza wakes up weakly, still struggling. Xanxus places his hand on his chest, pushing him back to lean on the wodden walls of the house*

*Xanxus points to a sleeping bag, with snoring coming from it. The occupant is Anna, sleeping soundly*

*the girl exits the house, which has all its lights on, goes to her bag, and switches decks again. She then turns to the boy and talks to him*
