| No.
Solemn Warning negates:
1) Summoning.
2) The effect of a card (Be it either spell, trap or an effect of a monster) that Special Summons a monster.
-After negating it destroys the card.
---
Dark Hole nor Trap Hole Special Summon anything.
---
Solemn Judgment on the other hand would negate those cards.

| Actually this quetion shouldnt come out from an obby
From obby's we should know clearly what cards eff do
Cuz it cleary says a trap, spell, or eff monster that special summons a monster
And Dark Hole or BTH never special summon at all |
