Okay, so I was looking at tuner synchros, and I came across this card:
Life Stream Dragon.
2900/2400
1 Tuner + "Power Tool Dragon"
When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can make your Life Points become 4000. Any effect damage you would take becomes 0. If this face-up card would be destroyed, you can remove from play 1 Equip Spell Card from your Graveyard instead.

A very interesting card indeed. Since it's a beat stick, and helps with life point control, but the thing I dont understand, is why it's a tuner.

Any opinions?

i use it to synchro summon quasar like a boss

life stream wit 2 reciprco = quasar

It was a tuner in the anime with an awesome effect to turn all other monsters you control to lv 2 or 1.

yeh thats why its a tuner cuz they had to make a tuner dragon for the signers namely leo to summon quasar so...... yeh the only problem is its hard to get out now i mean if u had bulb it wouldve been easier but....

Ohhh, but for what it takes to get out, is it really worth it?

it just provides other ways to get quasar without the limted formula, nevertheless its the least recommended

yeh i would say the most used is formula mostly cuz of its draw effect i think but for me i prefer using t.g. wonder magician and t.g. hyper librarian and recipro although u can use either in a t.g. quasar/halberd cannon deck
