adding to your hand includes drawing it from a card effect like upstart goblin right? so if thats the case then loads. plus im sure there are a few cards that can search fairies.....
well i guess the card that works perfectly with watapon would be court of justice...
as for ftk... i cant think how that would work
oh wow u know how every synchro monster is supposed to be TCG now right?
well i just found 1 that isnt it has the same effect as victory dragon so i suspect it would be banned when and if it gets released. its called stardust divinity lv 10 light fairy synchro monster

tyr the vanquishing warlord has the same effect too o.o wow and queen of fate - eternia has the same effect tooo omg there are 4 cards with the same eff of if that card makes ur opponent lifepoints 0 by battle u win the match 4 CARDS and only 1 is released and its banned - Victory Dragon... woah

i think rai mei can too... but it would be in damage step so watapon wont be able to activate..
the easiest way i think is to draw into it via card effect like upstart or reckless

it is fairy, therefore nova summoner and angel can also work. therefore this card is mega broken.

but those 2 already special summon it anyway o.O
