what i tend to do with decks is stick to the same kinda layout of cards. i mean like i always choose 22 monsters 11 spells and 7 traps. the monsters are always different except gale and plague and sometimes morphing jar. the 11 spells are staples plus i think 3 extra. the 7 traps are always the same which i think are the 7 staple traps. this also leaves your deck free from jinzo and royal decree which are becoming more common. the 3 spells i change are usually something which associates with the deck like for synchro decks i use pot of avrice. sometimes i change this layout depending on circumstances like on this deck i would maybe cut down monsters to about 19 to add in more spells. also i would fill ure synchros straight up instead. id fill it with 1 stardust 1 colossal fighter 1 ancient fairy dragon 1 thought ruler archfiend urebellum and stuff like that. also goyo blackrose dragon and brionac are staple synchros in every deck in my eyes. i would also add min control and brain control to help to get synchro support.

i know i usually do the format like 20-10-10 but i think now it depends on the deck u build o.O

anyway u dont need gale in alien deck ._. i think his mons lineup is good
and yeah u need more synchro

20-10-10 is a bad line up. i know ure tester but it just is. its basically just splitting ure deck in half between S&T and monsters. monsters are always key in my decks. also i never said add gale and plague to that deck. i just said they are staples but circumstances change.
