it depends what elemental hero deck you want
it could be skill drain heroes or evil heroes or masked hero or vision hero or jaden's deck or neo spacian.

RotA I would only suggest if you were running an xyz heroes deck focusing on low-levels.

Personally I run a Divine Neos, Future Fusion, with Neos Alius and Neos, and Grand Mole with Hummingbird and Necroshades, with Bladedge in the deck and E - Calls to search him out summoning him and other powerful heroes is relatively easy

There are MANY different versions of heroes because of the fact the archetype is just so HUGE, with Masked Heroes, Vision Heroes, Eheroes, Dheroes, Neo-Spacian Heroes (What Jaden uses btw).
So there is unlikely to be just 1 heroes build.
I personally say run what you like best and roll with it.
