Cannot be Special Summoned. During your Main Phase 1 of the turn this card was Normal Summoned: You can Tribute this face-up card; draw 2 cards, and enter your End Phase. You cannot Special Summon monsters the turn you activate this effect. Upgraded piper? This and duality were made for each other, great at thinning out decks. Fairly splashable unless your deck relies on summoning. The Japanese version is rare, but do you think they'll bump it to secret for the TCG? My guess is that this is the next Duality/Tour Guide/Rabbit.

I just sold one for $140, it's at $150 at the moment, but I think as of tomorrow the price will drop as the market is flooded with them, so if anyone intends on buying a set, I'd suggest doing so sometime this week. I think the price will probably spike to around $200 depending on what happens at YCS Philly. Regardless, it's a balanced Pot of Greed. The opponent can Veiler it or negate its summon, and any deck can run it. It's an excellent addition to the TCG, imo, as similiar to Avarace, it adds viability to decks where there was previously relatively little, making the TCG more varied. The only issue is, as pointed out, the cost. Of course konami would make it a secret here, it's too bad it's not a silver, but that'd never happen. All we can do is wait for the inevitable reprint onced GAOV is out of print. And enjoy it on DN and such, of course.

True, skill drain doesn't affect it either, since one part is a condition and it tributes itself as a cost.
