I suggest adding more traps and using less spells.

im not using traps for decree in my side incase my opponent relies heavily on traps.
decree locks A LOT of people down u wouldnt believe how many

Well, if you use decree then use it in actual deck because other way that deck is very imbalanced.

One former KC member told me "Always max your xtra deck."That being said:

+1 Scrap Dragon.

Hey dude... As other people said.. i agree wit them that ur deck is kinda imbalanced..

u might think of increasing searches so that ur deck will be consistenet..+1 pyramid and +1 goblin zombie
secondly, u really might stop usin that immortal since it cant be Special summoned..n u already have that terraforming..
next.. u might swap terraforming for duality, since u mostly ss through ur opp turns, but u better keep it at 2..
thirdly, U should Increase zombie master since its the soul of ur deck..and remove that insect.. i mean is it really useful ?
Lastly, u might -1 that level 8 monster since its mostly dead in ur hand and add more defensive traps like TT

Note: u might try to think of running Il Bud and Paladin.. since the former goes well with the mummy call and the later goes well with zombie world,
better swap paladin for ur darkness dragon
