Go with Harpers build but id change the effect veilers to maxx "c" and take out 1 goblin

I tried out the Maxx's and I think I like them better in this deck. With Scraps you try to get a +1 or +2 somehow and then one for one them to death with Scrap Dragon. Maxx is a good way to accomplish that. Triple Goblin is pro though, if you want 40 just drop a Horn
