um xD, there is a game called DN ( Dueling Network ) that's the place where every ADA member sign up and make their own decks, etc... You can also PC there and it's quite fun.
The members get tester just to see their level and capacity...
If they get in low dorm, we try to help them and we offer them to duel the other members t get experience points to get higher rank later...
We have a lot of fun here and we don't speak just about YGO, we speak about everything ) so yea!
