Well here is my first article and I will be covering all aspects of the new dragunity ftk.

Lets start off with how this Ftk works.

basically you summon Number 6: OOPArts' Atlanthal 2 times to cut your opponents Life down to 2000 and then use gustaph max to deal the final blow.

Now lets take a look at all the cards and effects we will be using to Ftk with

OOPArts' Atlanthal

2 Level 6 monsters
When this card is Xyz Summoned: Target 1 "Number" monster in your Graveyard; equip that target to this card. This card gains ATK equal to half the ATK of the monster equipped by this effect. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card and send 1 card equipped by this effect to the Graveyard; halve your opponent's Life Points. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this effect.

gustaph max the super-dreadnought railway gun

2 Level 10 monsters
Once per turn: you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; inflict 2000 damage to your opponent.

Dragunity Knight - Gae Dearg

1 Dragon-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Winged Beast-Type monsters
Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can add 1 Level 4 or lower Dragon-Type or Winged Beast-Type monster from your Deck to your hand. Then discard 1 Dragon-Type or Winged Beast-Type monster.

Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
You can discard any number of cards to the Graveyard to target the same number of cards on the field; return those targets to the hand.

Dragunity Dux

This card gains 200 ATK for each face-up "Dragunity" card you control. When this card is Normal Summoned, you can select 1 Level 3 or lower Dragon-Type "Dragunity" monster in your Graveyard and equip it as an Equip Card to this card.

Dragunity Phalanx

Once per turn, while this card is equipped to a monster as an Equip Card by a card effect, you can Special Summon this card.

Dragunity Arma Mystletainn

You can Special Summon this card from your hand by sending 1 face-up "Dragunity" monster you control to the Graveyard. When this card is Normal or Special Summoned from the hand, you can select 1 Dragon-Type "Dragunity" monster in your Graveyard, and equip it to this card.

Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon

You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by banishing 1 face-up Dragon-Type monster you control. Once per turn: You can Special Summon 1 Dragon-Type monster from your hand or Graveyard, except "Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon".

Blackwing - Zephyros the Elite

If this card is in your Graveyard: You can return 1 face-up card you control to the hand; Special Summon this card from the Graveyard, and if you do, take 400 damage. Each player can only use the effect of "Blackwing - Zephyros the Elite" once per Duel.

Mist Valley Baby Roc

When this card is sent directly from the hand to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon it.

Gusto Grif

If this card is sent from the hand to the Graveyard: You can Special Summon 1 "Gusto" monster from your Deck. The effect of "Gusto Grif" can only be used once per turn.

Windaar, sage of gusto

When this card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard: You can target 1 Level 3 or lower "Gusto" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target in face-up Defense Position.



so how do we get this rank 6 out onto the field no fewer than 2 times with a number monster in the grave and then bring out gustaph max? its actually very easy. in dragunity it starts so many ways its hard to name them I'm not even going to try. Each one of them depends on getting Phalanx to the grave.

Dux, instant fusion, Arma mystletainn, monster reborn they all get this rolling with ravine to search out stuff and put phalanx to grave.



lets start with Dux and Arma mystletainn with phalanx in the Graveyard by ravine on the field with 3 other cards in hand.
so you summon Dux use his effect to Summon Phalanx.
send Phalanx to the grave to summon Arma Mystletainn use his effect to summon Phalanx.
sync Dux and phalanx for Gae Dearg, use his effect to search mist valley baby roc to hand then to gy to summon it.
overlay arma mystletainn and gae dearg into Atum, atum effect to summon REDMD.
REDMD summons Gae dearg whose effect sends Zephyros to grave.
zephyros bounces REDMD to hand and summons its self, sync with baby roc for Brionic.
remove atum to summon REDMD, REDMD summons arma mystletainn.
Mystletainn and Gae dearg overlay for atum, atum summons anouther REDMD.
REDMD summons Gae Dearg whose effect searches gusto grif from deck to hand to grave, gusto grif summons Windaar.
Gae Dearg and Windaar overlay into Number 25: force focus, overlay gaia dragon onto force focus.
Brio effect discard to return REDMD to hand, remove Gaia Dragon for REDMD.
REDMD summons Gae Derg witch sends phalanx to grave, Brio effect return REDMD to hand, 1 card and redmd in hand.
remove atum for REDMD, REDMD summons arma mystletainn, overlay arma and Gae for Number 6!!!
number 6 effect cut opponents life to 4000, overlay gaia dragon onto number 6, Brio effect return REDMD to hand.
REmove Gaia Dragon for REDMD, REDMD summons Gae derg, Gae dearg sends Phalanx to gy.
overlay Gae Dearg and Brionic for NUMBER 6!!! number 6 effect cut opponents life to 2000.
overlay REDMD and REDMD to gustaph max to deal last 2000 dmg.

and thats the FTK

that makes 38 cards the last 2 slots can be used for any number of things most people seam to use it for zephyros but as his effect can only be used once and you realy only use him after you have made Gae Dearg which can search him to the Grave I dont see the point of running more than one in the main.

the cards I prefer for the last 2 slots are Marshmallon as they help stall and burn a bit which I have used to finish someone who thought it would be funny to save effect veiler for gustaph max.

other options are another Windaar so that if you draw 1 gusto grif not completely dead. also another mist valley baby roc or even2 windaar are options to help you from drawing your cards that let you combo out with Gae Dearg.

Wait, did u just summon a bunch of monsters in 1 turn? Datz against da rulz, isnt it?

Srsly, i think you cant just return REDMD to hand then resummon and use eff more than 1 time that way, the eff says "once per turn" no matter what happens to the dragon ._.

Am i wrong, right, or did i misunderstand something?

The once per turn does not apply to a new instance of the card being on the field. As long as it has left the field or was flipped face down, then summoned/flipped, it is considered a new instance of that monster. there are like so many monsters you can do this with because everything says once per turn. unless its more specific like rescue rabbit its all good.
