Ok since you didnt explain how or what to do ill do it (i did not know what to do after xD)

Download the Portable or extended which ever you chose (i prefer the portable is way fast). You will also need Winrar( i didnt have it when i downloaded but now i do. Link will be at the end). Open up winrar (if you havent intalled it pls install if). After you opened it up it will have files that can be extracted so click on the cs4 folder (if you did it correctly it will be highlited blue) then click on extract. Then close winrar and looked for the open cs4 folder (it will be usaually next to the 1st cs4 you downloaded). Open it up (if you have XP it will work automatically. If you dont right click and run as admin) Then just click on yes and boom it works. Instead of going to looking for your folder all the time just right click on it and make a desktop icon.
