| There's too much to rate so I'll just go with that one I like! ;D Okies. Colours are good, text is great, effects need work.. needs flow. The left side is great but in the right side, there is just no flow. xP When using scanlines, it's best to decrease the opacity of it and that's what you should do. Lighting needs work, needs a light source. The Light source in the render seems to be coming from the bottom near the middle; more to the right. The Bevel isn't so great and it's used rarely in signatures.. but I like your idea.. very unique (in a good way). Lastly, the border is probably the worst colour it could be, lol. Sorry for that, but that colour really doesn'y suit it. I think Black should go nicely there, the colour black is commonly used as borders. EDIT: Something I missed. The "Hallowe" text should be closer to the render.. xP |

I've kinda always been better at criticizing than actually doing GFX. xD |

| Lol.
Well, I haven't criticized or even done any GFX work in a while so yeah.
Here it goes.
Firstly, the background doesn't seem to fit the render, colour-wise and effect-wise. I like that little bubble explosion effect near the render in the background and that's the only part of the background that seems to fit. The background seems to lack flow but there isn't much you can do with that render as it's not.. ermm.. how do I say it.. action-y enough? Lol.
Render placement is fine. The render needs to be blended in with the background. Try adding some adjustment layers to fix the colours and maybe something little smudging on the sides to make it look right! xP
The light source seems to be in the wrong place, if you look carefully at the render, you'll find that the light source is coming from around the top left of the render, maybe a little further to the left.
The text placement, size and colours aren't good, the font is fine. It just needs to be near the render, a little smaller and the colour should be picked from the render itself or the background.
Nice work.
Some criticizing may be inaccurate due to the lack of GFX-ing. ;P
