oh come on guys. Morphs can generate otk's and they are not baned -.-. almost every Zero deck can do it too and they are not ban. If you run plague and burial, you can otk too but we are not going to ban that moove or it would be really gay. Same for Return of the different dimension.

if you want me to list the number of decks that can generate otk's and are not ban in this list, we are going to ban almost everything in this game.

I agree with scorp, some decks just CAN make an OTK but are not really OTK decks
