Again too many missplaced bg effects, try using the smudge tool to make your bg and don't use that effect for the text which makes it stand out. It's ok. 8/10

Background needs some work, try using stocks.. they're really good to start with..

Effects are quite bad, did you use brushes? o.O But w/e you used, they need to fit the flow of the render.. I won't go on about flow, I've explained it to many people and quite bored of saying the same stuff. I'm sure Avenger will know what it it, you can ask him ;D

Render's fading away too much, it's good to blend in the render to the rest but not too much.

Lastly, text.. it's hard to get text good even if you've been doing GFX for a while... I suck at it too and so do most GFX-ers =P
