Rivalry of Warlords, Gozen Match, Solemn Warning. That's about all I can think of. Also, it negates The Shining in HERO decks, which is always nice.

Now I have a great side choice for Sins when going against DW.

The effect has to activate in the Graveyard or Banish Zone. Effects that just resolve there are immune. Stardust can only really be stopped by an Effect Veiler used while it's in play.

soul drain feels more ilke a card to side into a skill drain deck at least in the current meta

also good vs t.g. and other decks with floaters i should think

The effect also resolve on the field, despite the fact that the monster is in the graveyard during resolution.

Also, it made stardust's revival effect can't be activated.

well its works on quite a lot actually its just that the 1s it does work on dont get used too much like necro gardna for example

Rabbit activates and resolves on the field, that's why effect veiler can stop him. ~ The banishing part is a cost.

~ Hieratics, Dark World, Chaos Dragons (Eclipse and Light Pulsar) + some rogue decks that uses grave.


Anyway this card will find it's way into some side decks. (Not every)

I heard it will be OCG exclusive.
