Maxx "C" MaxxCSTOR-EN-ScR-1E

Usually my cards for discussion during the week are random tech cards, but I think we should all know this card by now. If not...what rock have you been hiding under? Lol. People are using this in decks everywhere, since this format is all about special summoning. Even basic moves like Tour Guide into Zenmaines can garner a +1 on par with Pot of Greed. With little backrow but monsters such as Gorz Trag and Fader being way more popular than last format, Maxx does it's job well even against otk heavy decks. But the question is: is it TOO broken? Does it have TOO much of an effect on special summoning and deck speed, such as Royal Oppression and Pot of Greed do? Or is it a perfectly balanced tool that prevents this format from plunging into the depths of chaos? Or is it something in between that perhaps should be semi'd/limited? Discuss Smile

I think the card is good for scaring your opponent
If he lets you draw many cards but doesnt defeat you, it may drag him to death next turn. So this card simply stops the field swarming by special summoning multiple monsters and afterwards synchronize or exceed them into bigger ones.

the card is an "oppression" in the current format Smile

tbh its not bad for a 141 actually, like if you have a dead hand and you know your oppoennts about to special summon, u can maxx c to gain a top deck reborn of something. But this card is still epic to draw laot of your deck, i run it in my piper so even if ur opp is about to win i fader there ass xD

this card.. its so broken vs my aggressive decks >_> those dont run traps and are build around field swarming each and every turn. i really dislike it cuz of the fact that i give my opponent card advantage over something like a special summon. like 90% of my decks are special summon based so yeah... also its a lvl 2 Earth monster so uneffected by any imprisoning mirrors plus you can touch yourself with it together with junk synchron and doppelwarrior and stuff -.-' creating too much hand advantage is too broken, thats why formula synchron and hyper librarian are limited now. in my opinion it should be limited. not smashable in in every deck but always sideable and if you know how to abuse it... its heck of a great card
